Best Fried Bananas

Ever had fried plantains? Well, let me tell you that these are some of the best fried bananas you’ll ever eat. (Don’t worry, they’re not deep fried.)

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Large, dark plantains (the darker the sweeter, the yellower the starchier)
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon Butter
  • 1 Pinch Salt
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Slice bananas into small circles.
  • In a medium pan, melt the butter and coconut oil.
  • Once melted, add the sliced bananas and pinch of salt.
  • When the bananas turn a nice toasty brown on one side, flip them.
  • And serve!
