Hi everyone!

I’m back with another book review. This one is The Mostly True Story of Tanner and Louise. I would say it’s between young adult and new adult. It’s kind of a mystery? I guess. It’s contemporary fiction.

Tanner is our female lead and has had an awful accident that ruined her career and her friendships. She starts working for this strange old lady that has a very specific routine, while she, has literally no routine other than playing video games and moping about life.

Louise is hiding something or shall we say… more than one something?

I liked how their unlikely friendship grew.

There’s a smidge of romance and a little growth as a person.

I was misled a few times. It was a good read and I liked the ending. 3 out of five just because I didn’t like the main character that much and it took me a while to get into the story.

I'm back with another book review! The Mostly True Story of Tanner and Louise - worth the read or nah? I give it a 3/5. I liked the mystery.
